I believe in Mel Rusnov's philosophy that there is a duality in all of us, with a role playing side (worker, parent, student, etc.) and then a deeper personal side (artist, poet, self-reflective thinker). I disagree, however, that these two sides have to be mutually exclusive. My website, www.pursuethepassion.com, aims to bring these two dynamics in people together so that they may be able to more easily pour themselves into their work and vice-versa. Nicely written article. I hope to see more like it in the future!
